SDA Exclusion for Rush Premium Orders: In the event that Rush Premium charges apply to an order, any Special Discount Authorization (SDA) previously offered or agreed upon shall be deemed null and void. The final invoice will reflect standard pricing plus applicable Rush Premium charges, without any SDA deductions.

Standard lead times fluctuate based on factory volume and may be shorter. Weekends & holidays are not included in lead time calculations. Rush orders are based on the date the order is received, with all necessary information included, before 2:00 PM factory local time (e.g. a 3-day rush order received before 2:00 PM Monday will ship Thursday). If a ship date is missed, the rush charge drops to the next applicable level. Up to 5 days lead time and a 2% fee may be added to orders not submitted electronically via the Nailor Sales Portal (does not apply to orders that cannot be submitted electronically). Minimum $25.00 on canceled & change orders for AC & AD; $50.00 on terminal units. Change orders for orders in production will result in revised ship dates. Special construction orders are subject to extended lead time.
